Simply stand facing a wall and dribble the ball off the wall. You can also do this with light rubber medicine balls to strengthen your wrists.
Dribble Between Chairs: Simply set up a couple chairs in an open area, each about 6 feet apart from each other. Now dribble straight at the first chair and make a move- between the legs, crossover, behind the back, whatever you want, then go around the chair. Continue to do this with the rest of the chairs.
